A detailed calculation was performed based on the rough calculation and assessment of a planened commissioning machine.
As such, analytical and FEM-calculations for the three relevant axes (Axis 4- Horizontal Slider, Axis 6- Transport Forks, Axis 7- Package Slider) were carried out.
Furthermore, a 3D FE Model of the entire steel structure was modeled, in order to allow for an assessment of the base structure.
Calculations for the statics as well as the Eigenfrequencies of the steel structure were carried out.
The results show, that a reinforcement within the storage area of the drive unit is necessary, in order to minimise the stresses while simultaneously increasing the Eigenfrequencies of the system and thus avoid undesirable excitation.
