Rooftop data center

A roofscape of a modern data center must currently provide space for any technical equipment (ventilation center, recooler, emergency power generator, chillers and pressurized ventilation systems as well as installed visual and sound barriers, etc.). Due to the limited space available, there is an undesirable exchange of air between the individual units in different wind directions.

To counteract this in advance requires well thought-out planning supported by an appropriate flow simulation. The avoidance of temperature hot spots on the one hand and noise pollution for the surrounding buildings can thus be detected and prevented at an early stage.
