Material Characterization
For the simulation of nonlinear or temperature-dependent material behavior, material parameters are often required as input parameters, which are not available from the literature or are not sufficiently accurate. The data can be determined via tests in different material testing institutes or partner companies.
We have a network of suppliers who can measure a wide range of material data. We can plan the tests in such a way that they are as meaningful as possible for the chosen material model in the simulation (e.g.: hyperelastic elastomers, metal plasticity models, creep models, …).
