Experimental component analysis

spannungsanalyse1

Experimental component analysis mainly involves measurements on prototypes (or also in regular operation). The aim is to determine component stresses, stiffnesses, cutting forces etc.. For this purpose we use strain gages as well as displacement and force sensors. We carry out such measurements ourselves or even just take over the planning of the central points:

  • Determination of meaningful measured variables
  • Determination of meaningful measuring points
  • Determination of relevant load scenarios
  • Strategy for measurement evaluation

Of course, we carry out the comparison of the measurement data with simulation results and clarify any discrepancies.
